At Omniix, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. We take great care in processing and shipping your orders quickly, and we work with trusted carriers to deliver your products directly to you.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of reliable shipping carriers, including:

  • EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • Local postal services

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is accepted. We strive to ship out orders promptly; however, please note that order processing times may vary depending on the specific product and customization requirements.

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). We do not process orders on weekends or holidays observed by the postal services, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping option selected and your location. We work closely with our logistics partners to provide you with accurate delivery estimates. However, please note that delivery times are estimated only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product is in transit, delays are outside of our control.

Typical delivery times within the continental United States are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-15 business days
  • Fast Delivery: 5-10 business days

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery: $4.99
  • Fast Delivery: $24.99

Handling Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days
  • Fast Delivery: 1-3 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Tracking Your Order

After you receive the order confirmation email, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your package’s journey. If you don’t see the tracking link in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the package is scanned.

If your order has passed the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please Contact Us for assistance.

Incorrect Address

To ensure your order reaches you without delay, please verify that your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply to resend your order.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
