Here’s everything you need to know about our order cancellation and modification process:

Order Cancellation or Modification

  • Timeframe for Changes: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will be processed for production and we will no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.
  • How to Cancel or Modify: To request an order cancellation or modification, simply contact us within 24 hours via email at [email protected] or submit a request using our “Contact Us” page. Please include the following details for a quicker resolution:
    • Your order number
    • Name on the order
    • Details of the changes (if applicable)

Important Notice Regarding Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be liable for additional shipping charges for reshipment.

What Happens After 24 Hours?

Once your order is in production (after 24 hours), we will not be able to modify or cancel it. However, if there are any issues after the order has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
