Shopping Information

Q: How do I find a product?
A: Use the Search bar at the top of any page, or browse by category from the main menu.

Q: Can I save items to a wishlist?
A: Yes! Click “Add to Wishlist” on any product page to save it for later. Access your saved items under My Account › Wishlist.

Q: How do I know if a product is in stock?
A: The product page shows real-time availability:

  • In stock: The “Add to Cart” button will be visible.

  • Out of stock: You can sign up to receive an email alert when it’s back.

Q: Can I check out as a guest?
A: Absolutely! Guest checkout requires only your shipping and payment details. Creating an account allows you to track orders, store addresses, and receive exclusive member offers.


Payment Information

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and major debit cards.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Omniix uses 256-bit SSL encryption and complies with PCI-DSS standards, ensuring your card details are securely transmitted and stored.

Q: Can I use a coupon code?
A: Yes! Enter your code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field during checkout, then click Apply.

Q: What happens if my payment fails?
A: You’ll see an error message and receive an email. Please double-check your card details or select another payment method and try again. If problems persist, contact support and we’ll assist you.


Order Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 180-day return window from the delivery date for most non-sale items in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

Q: How do I return an item?
A:

  1. Submit a return request via Contact Us or email [email protected].

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

  3. Pack the item with the invoice and ship it back.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return cost: $0.00. Omniix covers return shipping for approved returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items) and first-time size or color exchanges within 180 days.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! Free size or color exchanges are available (one per order). Contact support with your order number and desired exchange details. We will arrange a replacement once the original item is in transit.
