At Omniix, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. Please review our Refund Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Order Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen or preferences change, which is why we allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no additional cost.

  • Cancellation Timeframe: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order.
  • How to Cancel: Simply email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Please note: Orders that are placed for production (after 24 hours) cannot be canceled as they are custom-made.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following circumstances:

Eligible Returns

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken.
  • Products that differ in design, size, or material from the original order.
  • Receipt of incorrect items.
  • Significant deviations from the product description.

Ineligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Defective items not attributable to our oversight.
  • Items lacking original tags.
  • Items with minor, fixable thread issues.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 180 days of delivery. After this period, your order is considered final and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Claim Requirements

To initiate a refund claim, please provide the following documentation:

  • Shipping label or receipt.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • Evidence of defects (photos if applicable).
  • Relevant communications, such as email correspondence.

Return and Refund Process

  2. Confirmation: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days regarding your eligibility for a return or refund.
  3. Return Instructions: Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address via email. Please ensure to follow these instructions and only ship the product after receiving confirmation.
  4. Tracking: Please provide the carrier’s tracking number for returned items once shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return Cost: Return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense, except for the aforementioned cases.
  • Shipping Responsibility: We are not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during the return shipping process.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, including the original shipping costs.

Please note: If there are delays beyond 10-15 days in receiving your refund, please reach out to your bank or credit card company for assistance.

  • Our return policy is valid for 180 days from the date of delivery.
