Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected. Please note delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control once the package is in transit.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Puerto Rico

  • US Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations outside the continental United States


Order Tracking

  • After your order is processed (1–2 business days), you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.

  • Allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information.

  • You can track your order status anytime via our Order Tracking page.

  • If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately for assistance.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

To ensure timely delivery, please:

  • Incorrect or missing address details may delay your order, as we may need to contact you for updates.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to wrong address details.

  • If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, we disclaim responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.
