Our audit process takes about 7-10 days to complete and return the information back to you. Once we begin recovery, the timeline is typically 6-9 months for a full dispute recovery process to be completed.
We completely understand your concern regarding the need for admin access to complete the audit. However, due to Amazon’s set account levels, our software and account scrubbing process requires an administrative level in order to access the necessary data set. Without it, we cannot confirm the accuracy of data and provide you the full scope of fees that Amazon has charged your account along with an accurate expectation of recovery amounts of discovered fees.
We require an NDA before we access your account, which legally provides the necessary protection for both parties. OmniiX has a long history of working with and gaining the trust of large and small brands across many of the largest CPG organizations in the US.
Over the years, we’ve gained experience recovering fees across many categories, which means we have visibility to the most effective methods to maximize recovery. Additionally, our tool can scrub data beyond the 12-month limitation within Vendor Central so we have more visibility to fees to that we can dispute and recover.
